Welcome to
Blind Sports WA
Blind Sports WA is a not-for-profit organisation for children and adults living with blindness or vision impairment. We use the power of sport and recreation to help change the lives of people and support them to lead more active, healthy and independent lives.
What's Coming Up
If you’re blind or have low vision and have been thinking about getting back into golf, or trying it for the first time, this free 4-week coaching series at the Bunbury Golf Club is just for you! Whether you’ve stopped playing due to declining eyesight or are simply curious to try something new, we invite you to join us for a fun and supportive experience.
Tailored specifically for blind and low vision participants, our expert coaches will provide full guidance and support, and all equipment will be provided. This is a "come and try" event, with no previous experience necessary.
TERM 2 - Registrations NOW OPEN!
⚽ Blind Sports WA’s Let’s Get Visible after-school program is kicking off again for Term 2, 2025 — and this term, it’s all about Soccer!
We’re bringing the beautiful game to life with a modified, inclusive program designed specifically for blind and vision-impaired kids. With expert coaching and plenty of time on the ball, kids will build their confidence, boost coordination, and have a blast learning new skills in a supportive environment.
With three locations across Perth, expert coaching, and an inclusive, fun environment, this program helps kids build confidence, develop motor skills, and stay active.
📅 8-week program | Ages 5–15
💰 Just $40 for the term, thanks to the generous support of Telethon 7
📍 Locations: Mandurah, Cockburn, and Joondalup

BSWA gratefully operates through the support of a range of funders and partners to facilitate children's after-school sports programs, a Youth recreation program and to grow opportunities for blind and vision-impaired individuals to access sport both in the Perth Metro and the Southwest.
