Welcome to BSWA's sports program!

Let's Get Visible offers an after-school sports and recreation program tailored for children aged 5-15 who are blind or vision-impaired. Our program provides a supportive environment where kids can develop essential gross motor skills. They engage in a variety of blind sports and recreational activities aimed at boosting self-confidence, spatial awareness, and overall physical and mental health through regular exercise. These activities also enhance social skills and foster a sense of community.

We have four convenient locations across Perth: Jandakot on Tuesdays, Mandurah and Rockingham on alternating Wednesdays, and Joondalup on Thursdays. Thanks to the support from Telethon 7, the cost is $40 for a term of 8 sessions

All Ability Program: Participants are instructed by a qualified, professional exercise physiologist and all equipment is supplied. Sports and activities have been modified and cater for all levels of ability and fitness.

Weekly Sessions:  Sessions run from 3:45pm to 5:00pm (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and 4:15 - 5:30pm (Wednesdays) commencing in the second week of the school term, and go for 8 weeks.  The total cost of the program is $40.00 per participant or $5.00 per session.
