WELCOME TO AUSKICK BLIND   


The Auskick Blind inaugural season is aimed at promoting inclusion and expanding the reach of Auskick to a wider audience. The 4-week season will introduce Auskick Blind with the goal of participation and awareness.

TELETHON WEEKEND 

21st & 22nd October 

Blind Sports WA is proud to part of this year's Telethon Family Festival presented by Coles.


This highly anticipated event will be held at RAC Arena and along Wellington Street, Telethon Ave, Yagan Square and Forest Place

Find us near Cahoot's Climbing Wall. We would love to see you!

ACC MULTI SPORT DAY 


On the 31st October we were very excitied to use our giant inflatable soccer pitch for the first time.  Thanks to Telethon around 240 kids had the opportunity to try it out.  


We can't wait for more opportunities to share this amazing piece of equipment that provides a safe environment for our kids to play in.

#FIFAWWC FAN FESTIVAL



On Saturday 29 July, Football Futures Foundation took over the #FIFAFanFestival at Forrest Chase in Perth/Boorloo to champion an inclusive and accessible football community with our 'Football for All'.   Blind Sports WA were there talking about Let's Get Visible and our Blind Football.

VISABILITY ANNUAL FAMILY PICNIC


Thank you to our friends at Visability for inviting  Blind Sports WA to the annual famility picnic. It was a fantastic opportunity tto share information about the different sports available and our Let's Get Visible program for people living with vision impairment


ACTIVATE AND INCLUSION DAY


Recently, Blind Sports WA participated in a WADSA event, spotlighting inclusive sports for kids aged 5-18 with vision impairments. Over 60 children learned new skills and  discovered the thrill of playing  Goalball. Find out more about Goalball by clicking the link below.

Congratulations Ladies! All the training and hard work has paid off.  At the recent 2023 Youth World Championships our girls did extremely well and we are so proud of you.  Did you know that three of the team and the coach are from WA?  Goalball is played at VisAbility, come and try it out.
